ALBERTON TEA PARTIES
The Tea Party season at Alberton was highly popular this year with all 4 days being booked out. Tea was served on Alberton’s newly restored & very elegant verandah and on some days we were entertained by the City of Auckland Morris dancers or the Kumeu Brass band.

Easter Treat Tea Parties
Tea Parties on Easter Sunday were a hit and were fully booked within days. Easter Lunch featured assorted sandwiches, smoked salmon tartlet, savoury cheese puffs, lemon cheesecakes, Easter truffles, cinnamon oysters, simnel cake and tea or coffee. Easter Afternoon tea featured assorted sandwiches, savoury puffs, spiced Easter scrolls, Easter truffles and tea or coffee.

NEW ZEALAND SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA
Recently Celebrations were involved helping the NZ Symphony Orchestra celebrate 100 years of music with a series of 1947 Tea Parties for friends and supporters of the Orchestra. We recreated the gentle, elegant style of afternoon teas of old with our little sandwiches and cakes, and lovely bone china teasets and cake stands, that were so much a part of life 50 years ago.

85th CELEBRATIONS
On 18 January, we will be helping celebrate a 85th birthday @ Ferndale House in Mt Albert. This beautiful historic homestead is perfect setting for afternoon tea served on our lovely bone china teasets, teapots, pretty tabelcloths and tiered cake stands.

CHRISTMAS TRUFFLES
Jacqui is very busy at one of her favourite occupations right now. She is making her annual selection of hand-made Christmas truffles, which are perfect for gifts of appreciation at this time of year. Christmas is the time for remembering and appreciating others and all that they have done over the year... And, accompanied by Handel’s Messiah, Jacqui stirs up a heavenly storm in the kitchen to celebrate an even more heavenly occasion – the birth of a new King.
